Meet the community behind the Culture Journey
The Culture Journey is a USC-wide initiative supported by faculty, staff, students and administrators. In an effort to structure our efforts and continually improve, the Working Group on University Culture was formed. This group is supported by our Culture Network, more than 200 Trojans working together to advance positive culture initiatives for the university.
Working Group on University Culture
The Working Group on University Culture is a diverse group of USC staff and faculty with members representing different academic schools and administrative units. The group gathers input for culture priorities, identifies integration points for our Unifying Values, and drives community engagement.
Culture Network
The Culture Network is open to all Trojans who wish to be equipped with knowledge and skills related to our values. There are currently more than 200 Network members from throughout USC. There are regular opportunities to meet, attend trainings and discussions, learn about new tools, feed back, and share stories about how culture is being shaped across USC.
