Norah Lally
Norah Lally is a writer with 20 years of experience working as a strategic communications professional. Prior to joining USC in 2021 to lead communications for the Culture Journey, Norah held senior director positions at organizations in the corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors; most recently, running the internal communications function at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
In her current role on the USC Culture Team, Norah focuses on sharing information and promoting dialogue that contributes to positive culture change and helps Trojans put the Unifying Values into action. Norah played a key role in the launch and socialization of the USC Student Commitment; the curation and publication of the 2022 Culture Report; the creation and installation of physical assets promoting values-aligned behaviors throughout USC’s campuses; and a range of materials that enable deans, administrative leaders, faculty and staff to meaningfully engage their school and unit communities in USC’s Culture Journey.
Norah is a graduate of New York University, where she majored in journalism. In addition, she has numerous professional screenwriting credits and will publish her first novel in fall 2024.
