Anya Nystrom

Anya Nystrom serves as the Culture Program Director. In her role she supports the strategy and vision of the Culture Team, ensuring the success of programs and projects that cultivate a community of belonging at USC. Through ongoing collaboration with several campus partners, leaders, faculty, and staff, Anya works with the Culture Journey Team to facilitate progress around the unifying values.

With a Master of Arts in Organization Development from the University of Denver, Anya has spent the last 20 years in the public sector serving in a diversity of roles at the city, county, and state level in Colorado. Having spent much of her tenure leading organizational change through programs, initiatives, and collective impact, Anya’s passion surrounds guiding leaders at all levels towards inspiring action that supports organizational health, innovation, and performance.

Fun Fact: Anya enjoys the outdoors and travel. In her free time, you will likely find her enjoying hikes and runs with her two dogs and her partner.
