Chris Shea
Chris Shea serves as Special Project Manager in the Office of Culture, Ethics and Compliance. He works closely with teams and leaders to identify and address culture change priorities and advises on efforts to foster a healthy organizational culture.
Chris received his MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziaido Business School, and a Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. His areas of expertise include workshop and discussion facilitation, coaching and consultation, and presentation. He presents regularly at USC new employee orientations on the importance of organizational culture and its impact on the workplace. Chris also supports the Culture Network, USC’s volunteer group of hundreds of faculty and staff from across the institution who want to be part of strengthening USC’s culture.
Chris has spent a decade working in higher education in various capacities. He has a passion for learning and personal growth and holds an Associate Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation. Chris enjoys connecting with new Trojans about their experiences at USC, and helping teams find solutions to difficult problems so they can thrive.
Fun fact about Chris: His first job after moving to L.A. was selling hot dogs at the coliseum.
