Meet the community behind the Culture Journey
The Culture Journey is a USC-wide initiative supported by faculty, staff, students and administrators. In an effort to structure our efforts and continually improve, the Working Group on University Culture was formed along with a Culture Network, working together to advance positive culture initiatives for the university.
Working Group on University Culture
The Working Group on University Culture is a diverse group of USC staff and faculty with members representing different academic schools and administrative units. The group gathers input for culture priorities, identifies integration points for our Unifying Values, and drives community engagement.
Culture Network
The Culture Network is a community of Trojans equipped with knowledge, skills, and resources related to our values. There are currently more than 800 Network members throughout USC. Past Culture Network events have included trainings, discussions, and opportunities to share resources on supporting a positive and productive culture at USC.
