Jessica Ayala

Jessica Ayala joined USC in 2009, bringing her expertise to various roles in Auxiliary Services, the Office of the President, and the Office of Inclusion & Diversity. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to senior leadership in the Office of Culture, Ethics, and Compliance.  

With exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a talent for effective communication, Jessica excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives. She played a key role in assisting executive leadership as they transitioned from out-of-state roles to their positions at USC, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.  

Jessica also brings extensive experience in customer service and event planning, skills she honed during her decade in the hospitality industry with Marriott International. Her ability to build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and manage logistics has been key to her success in supporting USC’s leadership.  

Fun fact about Jessica: Jessica enjoys spending time at the beach with her 2 daughters during the summer break!
