The USC Culture Team sits within the Office of Culture, Ethics, and Compliance. Our team engages leaders and stakeholder groups to support culture-focused programs and projects, provides actionable data to shape systems and processes aligned with our Unifying Values, and collaborates with faculty, students, and staff across our university to drive positive culture change at USC.
